Carlo Ancelloti names first Brazil Squad for 2026 World Cup Qualifiers

New Brazil National Team boss Carlo Ancelloti has announced his first call-up ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.
The 65-year-old joined the five-time World Cup Champions after Leaving Spanish club Real Madrid at the end of the 2024/25 Season.
Ancelloti is expected to lead Brazil to the 2026 FIFA World Cup and his first task will be to qualify the Brazilian National team for the tournament. Brazil will play against Ecuador and Paraguay on June 6 and 11 respectively in the South American World Cup Qualifiers.
Ahead of these names, the Italian has named his first squad after taking over the job. Notable among these players include Real Madrid winger Vinicius Jnr, Raphina of Barcelona and Anthony of Real Betis.
Interestingly Manchester United’s Casemiro has returned to the team whilst Rodrygo Goes and Neymar Jnr have been left out due to injuries.
