Kudus Mohammed has penned a six-year contract with English Premier League Side Tottenham Hotspur from West Ham United.
With the Ghanaian international’s future uncertain after the end of the 2024/25 Season, Kudus Mohammed has finally decided to join Spurs after rejecting several clubs’ offers.
The current UEFA Europa League Champions have acquired the services of the former West Ham United player after paying a £55m fee to the club after the initial £50m was rejected.
Kudus Mohammed joined West Ham United in the 2023/24 season from Ajax and made an instant impact for his club. In his first season, the Ghanaian played 33 games and scored 8 goals, and recorded 6 assists. Even though West Ham United did not have a good run in the 2024/25 Season, Kudus managed 5 goals and 3 assists in 32 games played.
He is expected to play a key role under new Tottenham boss Thomas Frank in the upcoming season as they hope to compete for every major title available including the English Premier League and UEFA Champions League.
Kudus Mohammed has now become the most expensive Ghanaian player in the English Premier League after Thomas Partey, Jordan Ayew, and Michael Essien.
